Do you use Herbicides, Pesticides or Fungicides?

We never use herbicides, pesticides or fungicides on our crops. We understand we are growing a food-grade product, therefore we keep those products out of our fields. With all our grain products we use Great Plains Analytical Laboratory in Kansas City to prove a clean product. We post a link to the lab results for each grain product we sell.

Can I buy Heirloom wheat flour direct?

We are beginning relationships with local mills, and therefore will offer that capability in the near future. In the meantime, I will provide links to the Millers we sell our grains to.

Where do you submit lab values for malt?

We use Hartwick College Center for Craft Food & Beverage. With each malt product, we provide a link to the lab results.
